30 Chic Days at Home - Day 19 - Find Your Favourite Comedy

Laughter is so important at a time like this.  We need to find what tickles our fancy in order to improve our immune system, reduce pain, connect emotionally with others, improve the flow of oxygen to our heart and brain and all sorts of amazing things.  Plus, laughing is fun and just feels good!

I'm sure plenty of us are watching silly, light-hearted feel-good movies at the moment.  In addition, Paul and I have been enjoying the US Shameless series, and we are excited for the latest series of Schitt's Creek to arrive because it's so good and funny and full of heart.

I've also been indulging in Sebastian Maniscalco's YouTube channel the past days, little snippets here and there while I tidy up the kitchen.  My friend Stephanie in New Orleans put me onto him ages ago and he always makes me laugh.  This clip here where he talks about self-checkouts I had to watch twice this morning :)  And the 'Why would you do that?' playlist is excellent too.

Please let me know what you watch to unwind and have a good laugh.  Share the love, because laughter really is the best medicine!

xx Fiona

  1. Thank you for these posts!
I have been watching old episodes of the Carol Burnett show on YouTube. They lighten my mood and make me feel much better!

  2. I've found a new show on Fox here called outmatched where the kids are genius and the parents aren't. It's like Young Sheldon only there are 4 kids driving them nuts. I'm also watching old movies that are my favorites since a friend sent me Barefoot in the Park
